使用方法
舒眠 ：滴1-2滴在脈搏上(非常適合用於旅行期間) 或滴10滴於泡澡水中，浸泡15分鐘
提高睡眠品質：滴10滴於擴香儀中，營造舒適的睡眠環境

Ease yourself into sweet dreams and restful sleep by supporting the natural relaxation process, because everyone deserves a good nights sleep. Deep Sleep is especially useful for people with unusual schedules as it allows you to access a bedtime mood at any time. Suitable for diffusion, pulse points, pillows, baths and diluted for massage (see directions).

DreamTime encourages deep relaxation, which is essential for restorative sleep

DreamTime fosters calmness and relaxation, which encourages a gentle, restorative process during dream time.
Directions:
Diffusion: 10 drops, allow 10 minutes, replenish as required.
Pulse Points: A few drops to wrists and back of neck.
Bath: 10 drops mixed into bath water.
Massage: Blend 10 drops to 1/2 teaspoon of Pure Unscented Body Oil (organic).
Safety Considerations: This blend is professionally designed for adults and is safe if applied as directed. Not for internal use: if ingested do not induce vomiting; drink milk and consult a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes: flush with water. NOT suitable for use with infants.
