Our bedtime blend is carefully crafted to encourage the calmness and relaxation necessary for deep sleep; it promotes easy breathing to guard against broken sleep and may be useful for settling children after bad dreams. Suitable to add to the bath, for diffusion, for drops on pillow, or with massage cream for a loving caress that will help to ease fear, use as directed.

Directions:
Diffusion: Diffusion: 5-10 drops, allow 20 minutes, replenish as required.
Inhalation/Perfume: Put a few drops on pillow or collar of pyjamas.
Bath: 2 drops mixed into milk and added to baby bath (1 year up), 5-10 drops mixed into milk and added to normal sized bath for children from age 2.
Massage: 5 drops to a teaspoon of Pure Unscented Body Oil (organic) & rub gently on tummy and back.
Safety Considerations: This blend is professionally designed for use with infants and is very safe if applied as directed. Essential oils should not be applied neat to baby skin. Not for internal use: if ingested do not induce vomiting; drink milk and consult a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes: flush with water. Keep out of reach of children.
